We used Kalgreens Architects Inc. to design our 4500 Sq Ft custom home in Markham. Kyle was absolutely amazing right through the process. Kyle was extremely professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. He was patient and very accommodating with many many changes which we made as the drawings progressed. Kyle was prepared and punctual at every meeting. Kyle is very well versed with the Ontario Building Code and City By-Law. Kyle represented us at the City Committee of Adjustment Hearing and he subsequently obtained the Building Permit without delay. Kyle maintained contact during the construction process and made site visits when required by the framing contractor. I would highly recommend Kalgreens Architects Inc.

Kalgreens helped us refine our ideas for a new home into something real. Their expertise helped us create solid building plans and helped us work with the city to get through the permit process. Khaled, the Managing Director, ensured that we had plans that made sense, which I am sure was not always easy. I feel confident that construction will be easier due to the thoroughness of the plans we now have.

Kyle and Kalgreens were recommended to me by a friend who completed home renovation with them. I recently had the opportunity to work with Kyle on a large investment property renovation project. Although there were many challenges at the site and during the construction, Kyle was always able to find a solution. Very professional firm with lots of experience. It was pleasure working with you on this project and look forward to working with you on many others in the future.
